
James Jackson - Development Director US
Mr. Jackson is the Founder and CEO of the X Factor Group LLC and has over thirty years in the entertainment industry.
The X Factor Group is a film financing, television, music and independent motion picture production entity. It is currently in pre-production for the feature film, “Michael's Method".
Mr. Jackson also owns Jai et' Cie specializing in haute couture designs that have been featured on national and international television.
During the course of his career, Mr. Jackson has worked for several prestigious law firms, prominent advertising and public relations corporations, which includes; Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher; Finley, Kumble & Wagner; Emmett & Chandler; Wickes Corp.; Morgan, Warner, Leeds & Rhodes; Grey Advertising; Pacific Bell/PACTEL and 20 th Century Fox/ Spelling & Goldberg.
His philanthropic works include founding the Motown Alumni Cultural Society (MACS) and is also the co-founder and member of the Board of Directors for The Msingi Foundation, which built and administers a secondary school under the leadership of Countess Marianne von Zastrow in Moshe, Tanzania. He along with Gloria Jones founded Youth Net Africa USA, Children under the Sun. The NGO is registered in the Gambia, Guinea, and Sierra Leone and is providing scholarships for street kids that show a high degree of intelligence and brightness. It also establishes homes for those kids who have proven that they are willing to work and leave the streets to further their education and livelihoods. He is currently working with the government of Kenya to establish Youth Net Africa, USA's presence there.
A Dean's List graduate of American Business Institute in Business Communications and holds a BA from Yale University.
